AAAAArg: "SilkQuit Meter v2.60" Just downloaded I am so close to lighting up again... 6364 ciggies not smoked in the ten and a half months since I quit. I must keep thinking about this today.

Only fools start smoking again 10 months after giving up. Come on, don't disappoint me - you're made of stronger stuff.
I guess I am no fool, then. I managed to keep on the straight and narrow - the act of threatening to do it was enough to stop myself from taking up smoking again.
I came across a chap a few weeks ago, smoking Gitanes - first time that had happened since I gave up in 1999. That was well wierd. hey ho - project has just over 24 calendar hours to run...
